A woman raped in Howard Beach after her son was tied up

Police reported a suspect posing as a construction worker knocked on a home saying there is work done on the roof and close the curtains. From there, the suspect climbed into the woman's bedroom from the window stating he has a gun. The suspect tied up both the woman and her son.

The incident happened on September 16 around 5pm in Howard Beach.

Police stated the suspect identified as Joshua Henderson, 33 of Brooklyn took items and then allegedly told the woman she had three choices, " I can choke you and kill you with this pillow, you can have sex with me or I will force you to have sex with your son."

Henderson was arrested after investigation and face rape and burglary. He is a parolee after spending 12 years in prison for burglary.
