A victim stabbed for no reason in Jamaica

The NYPD reported a victim, male, 43 sitting inside his vehicle while waiting to pick up his wife was stabbed multiple times in Jamaica. The incident was reported on Wednesday around 11am at the intersection of 148th Street and Lowe Court.

The victim told police he was sitting inside his own vehicle while browsing on the phone with windows open when the suspect asked for a cigarette. This is when the victim was stabbed after he didn't have any.

A local building super came to rescue and the suspect took off on foot. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital now in stable condition.

So far no arrests.
