A suspect refused to show up in Queens criminal court for homicide and blame it on the system

On Wednesday, April 15, Malik Wilkerson, a Queen's man was charged with murder for killing of Sheryl Outerbridge, a 38-year-old mother of three, and he did not appear in the court of Queens Supreme Court. He has been held without bail in Rikers Island since December 2013.
