A police officer shot in Williamsburg

The incident happened on Williamsburg Street and Wythe Avenue around 11:15am. The 26 year old officer is being transported to Elmhurst Hospital. BQE eastbound to LIE is being used for transport. ESU at Williamsburg for investigation. No arrests. Update - Police reported it was self-inflicted to the chest.
