A perv caught on camera for being a peeping tom in Elmhurst

It happened on Monday, March 9 around 7:40 a.m.at the Grand Avenue station when a 34 year old woman was riding on the R train, when a Hispanic man about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds had exposed himself.
