A pedestrian struck by vehicle in the Garden City

This afternoon around 12pm, the NCPD reported a pedestrian struck by vehicle in Garden City. This is at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and Nassau Blvd. EMS transported the pedestrian to a local hospital. A witness stated the vehicle, showing Town of Hempstead is seen on the scene during the investigation.

The intersection is closed for now.
