A new scam to steal money and identity with bogus vax survey

Police reported of a new scam using a bogus vax survey for all to fill out to steal personal information and money. This is sent by emails and texts with free reward but asked to pay for shipping fees. This is a fraud activity going online. No legitimate surveys ask for your credit card or bank account number to pay for a "free" reward.
