A new bill announced by NYC Council

The NYC Council introduced a new bill requiring diaper changing tables in public restrooms in new and renovated buildings in NYC. This includes fast food and other shopping centers. After the public outcry seen by many people where diaper changes took place on food tables inside Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds, the bill is given to the table for vote whether to pass or not. If its passed today, its up to the mayor to sign to becomes a law.
