A new Indian vegan eatery in Floral Park

Honest Restaurant will open at the corner of Hillside Avenue and 258th Street serving only vegan food to the community. The family business that started in 1975 with 7 locations nationwide including one in Hicksville is scheduled to open this summer. The food is mainly Gujarati style from northern part of India which is strictly 100% vegetarian.
