A man arrested for marijuana possession at Sears in New Hyde Park

Inside the Lakeville Shopping Center, a man was arrested for carrying marijuana at late night few minutes before closing time. The suspect entered the store seeking a bathroom and while he was on the escalator going down had smell of marijuana made workers to call the Lake Success police. He was apprehended upon coming out of the bathroom in the basement level for high possession of marijuana. This occurred last week on Tuesday.
