A male nurse arrested for acting as a doctor to patients

James Williams, 59, a male nurse working at Hillside Adult Day Care Center on Hillside Avenue near Clearview Expressway has been arrested for telling patients he is a doctor and giving medications illegally without doctor''s authorization.
