A local city councilman is sponsoring a bill to regulate ticket sellers on the streets of NYC

On Monday, April 27, Democratic Councilman Dan Garodnick have sponsored a bill to ban the sale of tickets in significant sites like the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty.
