A dead victim found by passerby at Forest Park in Richmond Hill

Police were called to Forest Park in Richmond Hill on Friday, November 6 around 10pm when a passerby noticed a dead body. The victim, a male in his late 50's or 60's was laying on the ground next to the wooded area.
