A SUNY College to have no staff at cafeteria

Orange County Community College, part of State University of New York will be the first to have cafeteria without staff but machines. Students will have to use kiosks starting Fall 2017 with list of food able to select after paying. The college is located in Middletown, upstate NY. SUNY officials have not responded this is a start for other colleges including CUNY to cut the budget around. Reported 3pm.
