A NYC couple died after struck by a police vehicle on NJ Turnpike

It happened on Wednesday, May 6 around 1am in Secaucus. A man, Jason Champion, 41 from Brooklyn and Nuwnah Laroche, 34 of East Elmhurst were heading to NYC in their 2000 Cadillac Escalade and had to park their vehilce on the shoulder due to a mechanical problem on the south side.
