From midnight to 8pm, police reported 51 people were mugged in NYC in all five boroughs from snatch, robbery, thefts to force grab of items from public transportation to all areas.

With a $101 billion budget passed by the City Council, more programs will be added to curb the mugging sector. Until then, the city advises all to forgive and forget with love.
