78 year old woman woke to find intruder at her home in Albertson

Albertson - Police were called to home on Lea Place after midnight on Saturday when a woman was woken up by intruder. The woman heard noise and went to check. That's when she saw the intruder and were pushed to the floor. The perp took off after hearing her screaming. The rear door was broken into. Police described the suspect as male, around 6 feet and 240lbs wearing all black clothes with a black backpack and a flashlight. The woman was not injured. Ongoing investigation. Reported 10am.
