68 year old man busted after groping a 13 year old girl twice on Q44 bus

The incident happened on Tuesday around 7:45am when the man was grabbing and moving his hands around the girl's buttocks. The girl told him to stop and he complied. Then he did it again and the girl alerted the bus driver who stopped at the intersection of Main Street and Union Turnpike in Briarwood. The bus driver locked the bus and called police. The man pleaded to let him go but police arrived shortly and placed him in cuffs. After his arraignment, he was identified as Zacarias Timana of South Richmond Hill. He was charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and child reckless endangerment.
