50th Vietnam anniversary commemorative medal ceremony

Nassau County Executive Laura Curran and Police Commissioner Patrick J. Ryder announce the Long Island Air Force Association?s 50th Vietnam Anniversary Commemorative Medal Ceremony.

This ceremony will take place at the Cradle of Aviation Museum on September 21, 2019 and will honor 33 Long Island Vietnam Veterans with medals, many of which are retired law enforcement professionals.

Commissioner Ryder will be the Keynote speaker. Other guest speakers will include County Executive Laura Curran and Congressman Peter King.
