4th Annual Batty Over Halloween in Astoria

Sunday, October 20 from 12:30 to 2:30pm at the Astoria Park Great Lawn on Sunday. There will be face painting, stilt walking balloon artists, children?s dance performances, Halloween photo rooms, crafts, children?s performances and more. Open to the public.
