39 approve the new mayor s job performance

Mayor di Blasio is at 57% disapproval from a poll conducted by The Wall Street Journal-NBC 4 New York-Marist after two months in office. The approval rate is mostly from blacks and Latino registered voters over whites for higher participation in the poll.
