Police made multiple arrests on Jamaica Avenue and 164 Street after caught conducting the game, 3 Card Monte in Jamaica. NYPD reported its illegal and scam. Many become victims to the scam and lose money by taking chance. NYPD reported the charge is misdemeanor with fine or probation. The 3 arrests were reported on October 9. All are released with desk appearance tickets.
