2 men arrested for using ATM skimming device around East Coast

On Saturday, April, 30-year-old Moises Morales Cano of New York City and a suspected accomplice 30-year-old Moises Morales Cano, also of New York City were arrested by the police of Warwick for skimming more than $65,000 from a credit union's ATM.
