19 year old swimmer washed up in Queens

Police reported a 19 year old's body was found washed up in the waters off Jacob Riis Park around 9:30pm last night.

A witness alerted police of a swimmer going to the water but never came back up.

ESU divers recovered the body nearby.

His name was not disclosed.

Ongoing investigation.
