185000 done and all happy in NYC

The NYC Mayor's Office stated that of all migrants coming from the open border down south have completed housing locations for 185,000 units all clear and happy. A major accomplishment for the NYC government under the favorite president Biden whom New Yorkers love. More than $7 billion taxpayer funds covered all expenses and now housing has reached a milestone under the affordability program.

The good news from the current Mayor's administration stated 16,000 families moved from shelters to permanent housing after Adams reopened Section 8 after 15 years, fast-tracked construction, and forced NYCHA upgrades.

Several former staffers working for prominent NYC developers said that many new buildings were turned into migrant shelters converted into actual programs under affordable housing with nonprofits funded by taxpayers instead of city agencies to operate to minimize future upgrades and renovations to avoid lawsuits.

Meanwhile, according to the Coalition for the Homeless, 131.487 citizens are homeless in NYC and there is not enough budget to cover the expenses since administration takes most of the taxpayer funds to keep this operation running.

Most on a mission to find a place where the rent is not affordable as the first complaint followed by additional expenses where tenants have to pay for utilities.

The process is ongoing with taxpayer funded operations to keep the city running with something for something.
