16 plus can get vax in NY

Starting Tuesday, April 6 at 8am, all New Yorkers age 16 plus will be eligible to schedule and receive the vax. And beginning tomorrow at 8am, all New Yorkers age 30 plus will be eligible to schedule and receive the vax. The NY governor announced today.
