105th Precinct has a new captain

Goodbye Inspector Gilbert, hello Captain Pinkhasov. The 105th Precinct reported Inspector Gilbert is taking a new role within NYPD at another location and the new commanding officer is Igor Pinkhsov. Igor joined the NYPD in 2005 and moved to Sergeant, then promoted to Detective Third Grade in 2008, then Lieutenant in 2015 and Captain in 2017 in the Bronx. In Bellerose, there was a farewell ceremony for Gilbert tonight.
