1 year free rides for catching the suspect in train derailment

Sorry fella, 1 year free unlimited rides is all the MTA can afford due to budget crisis seeking $2.9 billion.

The Good Samaritan who caught the suspect wanted for derailing last week in Manhattan has been awarded with 1 year of free unlimited bus and subway rides. The city can't afford that special key either. Rikien Wilder, 44 heard noises while waiting for the train and saw a man on the tracks placing items all over. Wilder removed the items from the tracks and followed the man who was laughing. Then grabbed him into a headlock for 15 minutes until an MTA worker was alerted. Police arrived and took the suspect in custody.
