1 shot in Jackson Heights and 1 in Wyandanch

Roosevelt Avenue and 95th Street closed for a shooting investigation. The bullets came out of nowhere around 1:45pm. Two suspects, males, Hispanic took off in a vehicle. The male shot is in stable condition at a local hospital.

Around 8:30am, the SCPD reported multiple shootings in Wyandanch, Suffolk County. This is at 21st Street and Straight Path. Reported one shot and a bystander who went to help in a vehicle was also targeted. Police later confirmed the good samaritan was not shot but bullet holes on the vehicle. Then more shots fired in the vicinity while the suspect took off in a vehicle.

Both incidents are under investigation.
