NY close to pot legalization as lawmakers adding more features

Is it good or bad news? A fully term deal is set for pot legalization in NY. At the same time, sale of cannabis products and NY residents can grow pot plants in their homes. Of course, once approved after getting permits, the government will check on the quantity of plants at home with inspection. The law will allow 3 mature plants and 3 immature plants up to 12 maximum per household. Another one is the state would offer a license for retail stores for people to use pot products on site.
