Heroin injection sites denied by US Court

This is a major setback for the NYC mayor and other city mayors who planned to set up heroin injection centers. The US Court of Appeals has denied after several lawmakers against it filed lawsuits starting with local and state which had no decision. Then filed with US Court and on March 24, the first city, Philadelphia got the result of denial for safehouse petition and denied for another hearing for other cities. NYC mayor is very disappointed.
